The research university project is implemented through a symbiosis of  national traditions and construction technologies. At the heart of the architectural design is a cosmic sign of infinite motion. He carries his energy of knowledge in space and time. In the center of the composition is an architectural building in the form of a molecule in dynamics. This symbolizes the accumulation of knowledge for the development of the country and humanity as a whole.
The project is made in the style of Bio-tech. This is a modern neo-organic architecture in which natural forms are borrowed to express the overall structure and give it ideological content.
